SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping Policy

At the moment we offer two (2) Shipping Methods: (1) Standard Shipping and (2) Expedited Shipping.

(1)  Standard Shipping cost is $7.70 and items will be shipped within 7-14 Business Days (Not including weekends or holidays). 

(2) Expedited Shipping cost is $10 and items will be shipped within 3-7 Business Days (Not including weekends and holidays).

We also offer Free Shipping for purchases of $100 or more in which case:

 

(1)  Standard Shipping is free of charge

(2) Expedited Shipping cost is $10 and items will be shipped within 3-5 Business Days (Not including weekends or holidays).

Items purchased after 5:00pm (EST) will begin to be processed on the following Business Day.

We do not ship to locations utilizing a P.O. Box

Return & Exchange Policy

If your item is damaged or ill-fitting it may be exchanged for new item or store credit within 7  days of date received based on tracking number. Returned merchandise must be in unworn condition. Customer is responsible for all return shipping cost. Once your merchandise is received by FamFit, you will receive an email to the email address on file. Once your new item is shipped you will receive a new tracking number.  Sale and discounted merchandise is final sale.

If your package has been confirmed as delivered  and you did not receive it, you must file a claim with the delivery service, as we are not responsible for LOST or STOLEN packages. Once  you file a claim with delivery service the driver will be investigated to ensure it was not accidentally delivered to the wrong address. If you decide to file a claim via PayPal your tracking number is automatically uploaded which will state that you package was "DELIVERED" and will not issue a refund.
